I needed to make cards for a friend’s twin boys first birthday, I love them and although the boys probably won’t care much their parents will get a kick out of it! These are what I came up with and while I was at it I figured I’d join the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Have I said how much I love my Scan N Cut? I love using it to cut out stamps, it saves so much time and money. I can color a whole page full, scan it in and do something else while it’s cutting them out. Best investment I ever made for my crafting!
First up, some MFTStamp Dragons, I colored them with Zig clean color real brush markers and a water brush, I used a cloud stencil for the background and distress oxide inks, and some cloud dies and versafine black onyx for the sentiment. Pretty simple concept but I love how it turned out!
Next, I used the Lawn Fawn pirate stamp set and colored them with my alcohol markers. For the background, I used a scrap piece of map paper I had lying around. Again pretty simple design but I love it!
