For my card, I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils then cut the image out using my Scan N Cut DX. The card is an A2 or 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 inches and the base is medium blue colored card stock from my stash.
The black and white diamond pattern piece is from Cricut Deluxe Paper Alice In Wonderland, the red with black hearts was cut out with a scalloped edge oval die from Bo Bunny Land of Wonder 6X6 paper pad, and the green strips were from my stash. The emerald rhinestone is from Bo Bunny Double Dot Jewels in Emerald.
I simply layered up the pieces according to the sketch. I did pop up the oval panel and the sentiment with some foam tape!
