Hi Everyone! Luci here and I’m over at the Southern Girls Challenge Blog with some inspiration using the Clove Close and Gardens image from JMC Designs. Be sure to join the Anything Goes Challenge for your chance to win!
This is an A2 size or 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 inch card. I printed the image at 5 inches wide and colored it with Prismacolor Premier Pencils. I cut the page down to 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 inches. Then cut the same image out of some masking tape so I could mask the colored image and use Distress Oxides to color in the background. For the ground, I used Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, and Frayed Burlap and for the sky, I used Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, and Broken China. With some leaf sprig dies I cut some out using different shades of green cardstock and adhered them all around the card panel. I placed paper flowers all around the sprigs and then added gems to the center. I added Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen to the roofs of all the houses. The adorable sentiment is from Scrapping for Less “Fairy House” stamp set.
