For this card, I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils (see photo below) and cut it out. Then I used my craft knife to cut around her one hand. In the image, she is holding an egg and with Easter being over I wanted to do something different. So I cut out two hearts from Lawn Fawn dies from felt and glued them together, a little off-center, and then adhered the felt hearts under her hand to cover the egg.
The pattern papers are from a 6X6 paper pad by Doodlebug Designs called Fairy Tales.
The card is a 5 1/2 in. square. I cut the back panel down to 5 in.square. The banners are 1 1/2, 1, 1/2 inch wide, I fishtailed one end and I just placed them down and cut off the back ends to line with the back panel after I adhered them. I used a 3 1/2 circle die and cut out a piece of the pattern paper and adhered the image on to the circle. I added fun foam to the back of the circle to pop it up a bit.
The sentiment is from one of the cutout pages in the paper pad, I added foam tape to pop up it up and I just fish-tailed the opposite side from the other banners. I finished it off with some pink rhinestones from my stash.
